Role Description The Rehabilitation Specialist is a full-time role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office engagement with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the specialist conducts musculoskeletal and ergonomic assessments for corporate employees,



develops individualized rehabilitation and exercise plans, and provides guidance on posture, mobility, and injury prevention. Responsibilities include collaborating with occupational health teams and healthcare professionals, documenting clinical findings, and tracking progress to optimize outcomes. The Rehabilitation Specialist will also contribute to designing and delivering ergonomic wellness programs, workshops, and training sessions, while maintaining high standards of evidence-based practice and client education.
Qualifications
