Role Description The Senior Solutions Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada, responsible for designing and overseeing technology solutions that support Esse India’s immigration and visa consulting operations. This role involves gathering business requirements from consulting teams, mapping end-to-end business processes, and translating them into scalable solution architectures.



The Senior Solutions Architect will guide software development and integration efforts, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure systems are secure, compliant, and aligned with business goals. Day-to-day activities include reviewing technical designs, conducting impact and feasibility assessments, mentoring development teams, and continuously improving platforms that enhance client experience and operational efficiency. The role also includes evaluating new tools or platforms, preparing technical documentation, and providing expert input on technology strategy.
