We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Marketing with a strong understanding of digital ecosystem, social media content, alliances, and partnership. The role will be responsible for driving digital growth across paid media, website performance, online partnerships, and revenue-led digital initiatives while supporting broader marketing objectives.
The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with execution capabilities across digital campaigns, analytics, and website management.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and optimize digital campaigns across on website, aggregators, and other platforms to drive family footfall
Drive customer acquisition, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns to improve digital revenue performance.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for timely execution of digital campaigns and brand initiatives.
Support website management activities to improve traffic, user experience, and conversion rates.
Track website analytics and recommend enhancements for landing pages, customer journeys, and funnel optimization to increase ticket sales




Plan and execute partnerships and co-branded campaigns to drive incremental revenue and engagement.
Support e-gift card sales initiatives through owned and third-party platforms, including seasonal campaigns and bundling opportunities.
Maintain weekly and monthly digital performance dashboards, tracking metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, conversions, and campaign effectiveness

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management,
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and basic CMS/website management.
Understanding of paid media optimization, audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign reporting.
