ROLE SUMMARY

Project Controls Manager: Leads project controls activities, ensuring effective cost management, scheduling, and performance monitoring to support successful project delivery. The role drives
standardization, reporting excellence, commercial awareness, and continuous improvement, while providing strategic insights for decision-making and business profitability. Extensive experience in
power generation, renewable energy, hydrogen-ready facilities,



carbon capture, substations, and Balance of Plant (BoP) projects is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and understand project contracts, requirements, and key documentation.
• Establish and implement project controls procedures and methodologies.
• Define project and departmental objectives related to schedule, cost, and budget.
• Ensure project schedules, staffing plans, and control documents are maintained.
• Apply and optimize corporate standards, workflows, and reporting practices.
• Oversee cost reporting, forecasting, and performance control processes.
• Monitor project KPIs and identify deviations from approved targets.
• Recommend and drive corrective actions to improve project performance.
• Provide accurate and timely project status reports to management.
