Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Control
Oversee and ensure accuracy ofmonthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Leadforecasting, budgeting, and financial modelingprocesses to guide strategic decisions.
Implement and enforcebudget controlmechanisms across the firm and portfolio companies.
Consolidate financial data across businesses, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.
Identify opportunities toconsolidate, cut, and optimize coststo drive profitability.




Strategic Finance & Business Partnering
Review and validate financial reporting of Eleven X Capital and portfolio companies.
Providediligence and oversightduring investments, M&A;, fundraising, and exits.
Support leadership with actionable insights oncapital allocation, ROI, and performance optimization.
Drive financial strategies that align with the firm’s growth and scaling goals.
Negotiations & Contract Oversight
Lead and overseecontract negotiations with clients, vendors, and employees.
Manage financial/legal negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes for the firm and its portcos.
Partner with legal and business teams to reduce risks and improve deal terms.
Performance Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Drivecompany-wide and employee-level performance management , linking KPIs to financial outcomes.
Support leadership in building compensation structures tied to performance and cost efficiency
