RESPONSIBILITIES

* Oversee and manage the in office medical center, ensuring it is equipped and
staffed to handle emergencies and routine health issues effectively.
* Develop and implement health and wellness programs aimed at improving
employee well-being and reducing absenteeism.
* Conduct regular health check-ups and maintain accurate medical records for
all employees and contractors.
* Provide immediate medical care and first aid in case of workplace injuries or
emergencies, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
* Collaborate with the Site HR Head to design and execute health awareness
campaigns, focusing on occupational health risks specific to thermal power
plant operations.
* Ensure the medical center complies with all internal standards and aligns
with Adani Power’s focus on operational excellence and sustainability.




* Train and guide first responders and safety teams on emergency medical
procedures and protocols.
* Monitor and manage health-related KPIs, such as incident response times and
employee health indices, to support the site’s operational goals.
* Liaise with external medical facilities and specialists to ensure advanced
care when required.
* Stay updated on the latest medical practices and technologies relevant to
industrial health services

QUALIFICATIONS

* MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
* AFIH - Associate Fellow of Industrial Health (Mandatory)
* Additional certification in Occupational Health or Industrial Medicine is
preferred.
