- Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, utilizing Oracle EBS Financials to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, to identify areas for improvement and drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide financial guidance and support to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure financial goals are met and risks are mitigated.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis,



and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Oracle EBS Financials.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with financial planning and analysis tools such as Hyperion or Cognos.
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Information
