Job SummaryMONEYBUGS is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to manage and supervise day-to-day insurance and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business processing, policy servicing, customer support, team management, MIS reporting, and coordination with insurance companies and other financial partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end insurance and financial operations.
- Monitor new business, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and customer servicing.
- Track pending cases and ensure timely resolution within defined TAT.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, financial institutions, and other business partners.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure quick resolution.
- Manage and supervise the operations team and monitor daily productivity.
- Prepare and analyze MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation, policy details, and operational records.
- Monitor renewal business and follow up on pending cases.
- Improve operational processes and identify solutions for process gaps.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales, Customer Support, Accounts, and Management teams.
- Train and guide team members to improve performance and service quality.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Financial Operations preferred.
- Experience in Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or related industries will be an advantage.
- Previous team-handling experience preferred.
