Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US IT recruitment market, particularly OPT/CPT candidates, and be capable of sourcing, screening, qualifying, and coordinating candidates for various IT requirements.

The recruiter will work closely with the recruiting and sales teams to identify qualified candidates and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and other job portals.
- Recruit and maintain a strong pipeline of OPT, CPT, and EAD candidates based on client requirements.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Understand candidate skills, experience, work authorization, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Match candidates with suitable IT job requirements.
- Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate qualifications and communication skills.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters/clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/JobDiva or related systems.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and interview process.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure timely updates.
- Work closely with the Bench Sales and Recruiting teams to identify suitable opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.




- Ensure submitted candidates meet the required technical and eligibility criteria.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-3 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience recruiting OPT/CPT candidates.
- Good understanding of US work authorization categories.
- Experience with US IT job portals such as Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and job requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Comfortable working in a US night shift environment.
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems such as JobDiva is preferred.
