Job Title: Operations Manager – Facility Management

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager with a robust background in Civil and MEP engineering to oversee the complete facility management of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing infrastructure,

utilities, maintenance, safety, vendor coordination, and ensuring seamless operations across the company premises.

Key Responsibilities:• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s facilities, including building infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.

- Ensure timely maintenance, repair, and upkeep of civil structures and MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, elevators, etc.).
- Supervise AMC/contract-based vendors and facility service providers for housekeeping, security, HVAC, electrical, DG sets, etc.
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, procurement planning, and cost controls.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand infrastructure and utility requirements.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all compliance related to safety, statutory regulations, fire audits, and facility certifications.




- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the facility and take corrective/preventive actions.
- Manage project execution for facility expansion, renovation, or fit-outs.
- Maintain documentation and records related to facility operations, AMC contracts, SLAs, and vendor agreements.
- Lead a team of facility and maintenance staff; provide training and support.
- Identify areas of energy conservation, sustainability, and cost optimization.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in facility or operations management with strong exposure to MEP systems.
- Hands-on experience in building operations, utilities management, safety compliance, and project execution.
- Excellent knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing layouts, and building management systems (BMS).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies with prompt decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility-related software/tools.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
