Role Description This full time, on-site Operations Manager role is based at Nova IVF Fertility in Mumbai.

The Operations

Manager oversees day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, adherence to clinical and administrative protocols, and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with medical and embryology teams, managing staffing schedules, monitoring inventory and procurement, and optimizing resource utilization. The role involves tracking operational performance metrics, implementing process improvements,



and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

The Operations

Manager also supports budgeting, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with AHH and NIF leadership to maintain efficient, patient-centric operations.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and process management skills, including clinic or hospital administration experience and familiarity with healthcare workflows.
- Competence in planning, coordination, and resource allocation, with the ability to manage scheduling, staffing, and inventory efficiently.
- Skills in performance monitoring, data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Experience with compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to healthcare regulations and internal policies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.
- Leadership and people management capabilities, including mentoring staff, managing conflict, and driving accountability.
- Proficiency in using hospital or clinic management software, MS Office tools, and basic financial understanding for budgeting and cost control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in fertility services, reproductive medicine, or specialized healthcare settings is preferred.
