Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vijayawada, with some flexibility for work from home. This role oversees day-to-day operational activities, including fleet management, scheduling, and ensuring scooter availability and performance across the subscription and rental network.

The Operations

Manager monitors service quality, handles customer escalations, and coordinates with customer support teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities include managing vendor and partner relationships, optimizing operational processes,



and implementing cost-effective strategies to improve productivity and service reliability. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics, preparing operational reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the scaling of operations as the business grows.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in operations management, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
- Experience in fleet or asset management, including scheduling, maintenance coordination, and utilization tracking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using spreadsheets or basic data tools to monitor KPIs.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for coordinating with internal teams, partners, and vendors.
- Ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with technology platforms, including basic familiarity with mobility / logistics software or CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in mobility, logistics, transportation, or subscription-based services is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and sustainability.
