We are looking for a strong, hands-on Admin/Security Incharge to maintain discipline, hygiene, and operational control across factory, warehouse, and dispatch functions. The role will focus heavily on managing contract labour, enforcing SOPs, maintaining workplace discipline, and ensuring smooth coordination between production, logistics, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Discipline, Attendance & Workforce Control

- Enforce strict discipline and adherence to company policies on the shop floor
- Monitor daily attendance, shift timings, and manpower deployment
- Address absenteeism, misconduct, and productivity issues promptly
- Maintain order, safety, and professional conduct across operations

Contractor & Labour Management:

- Manage contract labour deployment, productivity, and behavior
- Ensure contractors comply with company rules, hygiene standards, and safety requirements
- Coordinate with labour contractors for manpower planning and replacements
- Monitor contractor performance and escalate issues when required
- Ensure proper documentation and statutory compliance related to contract labour

Hygiene, Housekeeping & Compliance:

- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards across factory and warehouse
- Conduct routine hygiene and cleanliness checks
- Ensure staff follow PPE, grooming, and sanitation requirements
- Maintain audit readiness (FSSAI / internal audits)




- Drive corrective actions for hygiene or safety gaps

SOP Implementation & Coordination:

- Implement and enforce operational SOPs consistently
- Ensure instructions are followed by staff and contractors without deviation
- Coordinate daily with Production, Logistics, Sales, and NPD teams
- Support smooth execution of new product trials and launches

Requirements:

- 5–10 years experience in factory / warehouse / operations supervision or management
- Graduate (any discipline); preferred: BSc/BA/BCom or diploma/courses related to security management, criminal justice, or industrial safety
- Ex‑Army / Navy / Air Force (preferably Junior Commissioned Officer or above) or
- Ex‑Paramilitary / CISF / CRPF / BSF or Ex‑Police
- Strong experience managing contract labour and shop-floor discipline
- Proven experience managing security teams, gates, access control, CCTV, patrols, and incident handling in a plant with warehouses and high‑value inventory
- Practical knowledge of hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices
- Ability to enforce rules firmly and maintain control of operations
- Hands-on, proactive, and execution-focused
- Comfortable working at a factory location (Khopoli)
- Experience in food / FMCG / manufacturing environment
- Robust administrative and people management skills
- Known for maintaining discipline, cleanliness, and operational control
