Eastman Auto & Power Ltd. – Ganaur Plant, Sonipat (Haryana) is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead our SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operations.

? Location: Ganaur, Sonipat, Haryana

? Industry: Electronics / Manufacturing

? Experience: Relevant experience in SMT Operations & Electronics Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end SMT production operations and ensure achievement of production targets.

- Manage SMT lines, manpower, productivity, quality, and process efficiency.
- Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of SMT machines and equipment.
- Drive OEE, productivity, yield improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to quality, EHS, 5S, SOPs, and manufacturing standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimization and reduction of rejection/rework.




- Lead and develop the SMT operations team to achieve business objectives.

Preferred Profile✅ Strong hands-on experience in SMT manufacturing operations

✅ Knowledge of SMT Pick & Place, Printer, Reflow, AOI/SPI and related processes

✅ Experience in production planning, line balancing and manpower management

✅ Strong leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills

✅ Experience in electronics manufacturing / EMS / PCBA environment preferred
