Role Description The Operational Specialist (FnB Only) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations. This role includes monitoring outlet performance, ensuring adherence to operational standards, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality, hygiene, and safety. The specialist will track inventory and procurement needs, support scheduling and staffing coordination, and assist in implementing new processes or projects to improve efficiency.

The role also involves collaborating with sales and customer-facing teams to meet service expectations, preparing basic operational reports,



and supporting management with data-driven insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and management.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related capabilities to support upselling initiatives, understand customer needs, and align operations with revenue goals.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee daily FnB activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with standards.

- Prior experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality is highly beneficial.

- A diploma or degree in hospitality, hotel management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
