About the Role

Soven Developer is looking for an Operations Intern who is curious, proactive, organized, and interested in understanding how a growing business operates.

The intern will work across research, outreach, strategy, coordination, process improvement, and other operational activities that support the company's growth and day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market, industry, competitor, and business research
- Research new business opportunities, trends, tools, and industry developments
- Support outreach and communication activities with relevant people, organizations, communities, and businesses
- Assist in developing and implementing business and operational strategies
- Support day-to-day operations and coordination
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and workflows
- Coordinate with team members on different operational tasks and projects
- Maintain and organize research, operational data, documents, and reports
- Assist with planning and executing business initiatives and activities
- Track tasks, follow-ups,



timelines, and project progress
- Prepare research summaries, reports, presentations, and recommendations
- Contribute ideas for improving efficiency, processes, partnerships, and overall business operations
- Take up other operational and strategic assignments as required
