Role: Associate – Demand Planning

Location: BKC, Mumbai

Timing: 9 am To 6 pm

Working days: 5 days

Key Responsibilities

- Independently prepare MIS reports within defined timelines, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data validation and quality checks across all demand and S&OP-related; reports; proactively highlight issues and deviations.
- Work closely with Demand Planner to support ad‑hoc data and analysis requirements on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Provide enhanced data preparation and reporting support during peak periods such as budgeting, business planning, and forecasting cycles.
- Support the broader demand planning team with reporting, dashboards, and analytical inputs as required.

Skill Requirements




- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory (complex formulas, pivots, data analysis).
- Power BI experience is valuable to have (reporting, dashboards).
- Ability to work with large datasets and multiple reports with strong attention to detail.

Experience
- Prior supply chain or demand planning experience is an added advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates may be considered, based on skill fit and learning agility.
