Role Description The On Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at interior design project locations. This role includes supervising vendors and contractors, monitoring work progress against design plans, and ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and safety protocols.

The On Site

Supervisor coordinates with designers, project managers, and clients to resolve on-site issues, manage material deliveries, and support smooth execution of all phases of construction and installation. Daily tasks involve site inspections, documentation of work status, reporting deviations,



and enforcing compliance with project specifications and company guidelines. The role requires a hands-on, organized professional who can maintain clear communication and facilitate productive workflow on active project sites.

Qualifications

- Strong site supervision and project coordination skills, including experience managing contractors, vendors, and on-site teams.
- Knowledge of interior design execution processes, construction practices, material handling, and quality control standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of digital tools for communication and tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining safety and compliance on site.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with design teams and interact professionally with clients.
- Prior experience in interior projects or construction supervision in Mumbai or similar urban environments is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, construction management, or a related field is beneficial.
