Review and ensure compliance with QA policies and procedures

Implement, interpret, and evaluate QA standards

Monitor sampling, testing, and inspection of raw materials and finished products

Conduct internal audits and investigate customer complaints

Collect, compile, and analyze quality data for improvement initiatives

Recommend and track Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA)

Coordinate external audits and implement corrective measures

Manage risk assessment activities and document control systems

Review batch manufacturing records and ensure full traceability

Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and quality requirements

Robust attention to detail and documentation skills

Effective verbal and written communication

Data analysis and statistical quality tools knowledge

Problem-solving and decision-making ability

Customer orientation (labeling, container verification, stuffing checks)

Experience working in GMP environments
