Role Description The Odia Educational Counsellor will provide guidance and support to learners interested in capital market education programs, primarily in the Odia language. This in office role, based in Bhubaneswar, involves meeting prospective students, understanding their educational and career goals, and recommending suitable courses and learning paths offered by INVESMATE. The counsellor will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, explain program details, admission processes, and outcomes,



and help learners make informed decisions about their financial education journey.

Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining student records, coordinating with training and academic teams, and contributing to outreach activities such as seminars or information sessions. This is a full-time position that requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure a supportive and engaging learning experience for all participants.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with the ability to understand curricula and learning outcomes.
- Candidates should possess Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to guide learners toward appropriate programs and career paths.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills in Odia and English, including clear speaking, active listening, and empathetic interaction.
- Candidates should preferably have experience or interest in financial markets, education technology, or training and development.
- Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Psychology, Counseling, or Commerce/Finance preferred) and the ability to work full-time on-site in Bhubaneswar.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools), and a learner-centric, ethical approach to counseling.
