Primary Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day operations of Network and Security services.
- Prepare and maintain up to date documentation detailing configuration of deployed solutions. Generates network configurations, if required.
- Be part of a network operations team whose daily responsibilities include performance day-today management and support of the production network.
- Regular interaction with client service teams as well as technical experts from different vendors or providers.
- Operate candidly and with respect. Honestly accept failures and respond quickly to corrective actions
- Participation in evaluation and execution of Demands

Experience/Technical Skills required

- BS Degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, and work experience.




- Candidates MUST have a minimum of 7 years networking experience
- Experience across Network security administration; installation and configuration of IT Networks, maintenance, troubleshooting and network user management with expertise in installation, upgradation, configuration and support of LAN & WAN hardware, routers, switches, firewalls, Wireless access points & controllers.
- Thorough understanding (Packet level) of IP Packet flow, OSI model
- Layer 3 - IP and related technologies (ICMP, TCP, GRE, QoS, VRRP)
- IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, RIP)
- Layer 2 technologies (Ethernet, 802.1q/p VLAN, STP, RSTP, ARP, PPP, MLPPP, LACP)
