Responsibilities

- Configure, integrate, and manage the lifecycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configurations across Fulfillment and Assurance.
- Manage back-office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments.
- Ensure the security of cloud access using Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network issues. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) technology.
- Good To Have Skills:



Experience with network security protocols and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
- Experience with network management tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
- Solid grasp of ITIL processes and procedures.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) technology.
- The ideal candidate will possess a solid educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in network operations.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
