Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tele Caller role based in Mumbai. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students, explaining Jetking’s courses and programs, and guiding them through the admission process. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound inquiries, maintaining call logs and student records in the CRM, and following up with leads to convert them into enrollments.



The role also involves providing accurate information about course content, fees, and placement support, as well as coordinating with the counseling and admissions teams. The Tele Caller is expected to meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets while maintaining a professional and student-focused approach.
Qualifications
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and confident speaking ability in English and local languages.
Customer service and telecalling skills, including handling inquiries, resolving basic concerns, and building rapport over phone calls.
Basic computer proficiency, including use of CRM or data entry tools, email, and office applications.
Sales and persuasion skills, with the ability to understand student needs, explain program benefits, and encourage enrollments.
Organizational skills, including time management, maintaining accurate records, and working towards defined call and conversion targets.
