About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Domain Architect – ServiceNow to lead the architecture, design, governance, and technical assurance of enterprise ServiceNow platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on architecture experience across ServiceNow, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, workflows, security, automation, and enterprise governance. You will be responsible for defining scalable architecture patterns, reviewing HLD/LLD designs, ensuring platform standards, and guiding implementation teams and vendors.
This role is suited for a senior ServiceNow qualified who has progressed beyond platform development into enterprise architecture, governance, design assurance, and strategic technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Define and own the ServiceNow domain architecture aligned with enterprise architecture principles and business objectives.




Design and govern scalable ServiceNow solutions across enterprise workflows and platform capabilities.
Establish and maintain CMDB and CSDM architecture, data models, relationships, and governance standards.
Define architecture patterns and standards for ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications and external platforms.
Design and review workflows, automation, orchestration, and platform capabilities.
Establish and enforce security architecture, roles, access controls, and platform security standards.
Review and provide technical assurance for HLDs, LLDs, solution designs, and implementation approaches.
Define reusable architecture standards, design patterns, reference architectures, and best practices.
Identify architectural risks, technical dependencies, scalability concerns, and opportunities for platform optimization.
Provide technical guidance to engineering teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
