We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing Life Sciences business and drive sales across Molecular Biology, Microbiology, NGS, Molecular Diagnostics and advanced analytical technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for developing business around solutions such as:

• Molecular Biology & Molecular Diagnostics
• Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) & NGS Services
• Microbiology & Infectious Disease Testing
• MALDI-TOF / Microbial Identification
• Blood Culture & Clinical Microbiology solutions
• Life Science Research & Biopharma solutions
• Molecular Diagnostic Kits, Reagents & Consumables
• Laboratory Instruments and associated Services

? Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive sales targets, territory growth and revenue achievement.
• Develop current accounts and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Manage key customers across Pharma, Biotech,



Diagnostics, Hospitals, Research Institutes, CROs and Academic institutions.
• Identify opportunities for instruments, consumables, reagents, kits, NGS and service solutions.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations and technical-commercial discussions.
• Build relationships with KOLs, Lab Heads, Scientists, Procurement and Senior Management.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and order closure.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting.
• Work closely with Application, Service and Principal teams to deliver complete customer solutions.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and emerging technologies.
• Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies for sustainable business growth.

✅ Candidate Profile

• 4–6+ years of relevant sales experience in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Molecular Diagnostics
