The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, a qualified attitude, and the ability to coordinate multiple activities efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Reception
Manage the reception area and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records and coordinate visitor access with relevant teams.
Receive and distribute courier, mail, and other official communications.
Maintain a professional and organized front-office environment.




Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.
Travel Desk
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and management.
Arrange flight/train tickets, hotel bookings, airport transfers, and local transportation.
Prepare and maintain employee travel itineraries and travel-related documents.
Coordinate with travel agencies, hotels, transport vendors, and other service providers.
Support employees with travel-related queries and last-minute changes or cancellations.
Maintain travel records and assist with travel expense documentation.
Ensure travel arrangements are made within company policies and approved budgets.
Logistics & Administration
Coordinate transportation, cab bookings, pickup/drop arrangements, and other logistics requirements.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for timely delivery of services.
Track office supplies, courier movements, and other
