Day to day tasks
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP Cloud for Customer (C4 C) solutions, providing guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation and post-implementation phases.
Translates and details business requirements into End-2-End solution concepts for global B2 B CRM digital products; ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope
Responsible for the Operation of the cloud for customer solution
Performing the necessary tasks to keep a stable environment
To work with the solution Architecture team for Development,



Testing and Documentation of nes solutions on C4 C as needed by our Business Process.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues or challenges that arise with their SAP C4 C implementation.
Stay current with SAP C4 C updates and advancements and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client solutions. Roles and responsibilities
