We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition. This role is suited for a recruiter with 1–3 years of experience or a fresh MBA graduate who is eager to learn, take ownership and grow with the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to candidate closure and onboarding.
Source and identify relevant candidates through various channels.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and candidate communication.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers and reports.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and identify the right talent.
Use Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools effectively to improve day-to-day work.
Ensure attention to detail across candidate information, documentation and communication.




Build a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of recruitment experience OR a fresh MBA/PGDM graduate specialising in HR.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, AI and technology
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Positive, proactive and organised approach to work.
Genuine interest in building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.
