 Handle customer complaints, process orders, and provide solutions in a timely and qualified manner.

 Participate in various customer service initiatives, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 Learn and support the implementation of customer feedback mechanisms to enhance service quality.

 Manage routine administrative tasks, such as data entry, record maintenance, and follow-up activities.
