Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Sales Development Trainee. The trainee will engage prospective learners and families through outbound and inbound communication channels, qualify leads, and nurture interest in Bhanzu’s math learning programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and managing leads,



explaining program benefits, scheduling demos or consultations, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams, following up on inquiries, and providing timely, empathetic support to potential customers. The Sales Development Trainee is expected to meet defined performance targets while representing Bhanzu’s mission and values in every interaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential learners or parents.
