About the Role
Stutzen Corporates Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Product Support Executives to join our team in Sivakasi.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers/users with product-related queries, understanding their issues, providing appropriate solutions, and coordinating with internal technical teams whenever required.
This is a good opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in customer support, product support, and IT/software products.
Key Responsibilities
Provide product support to customers through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Understand customer queries and provide clear and accurate solutions.
Assist customers in understanding and using product features and functionalities.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve basic product-related issues.
Record and maintain customer queries, issues, and resolutions.




Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate internal team.
Coordinate with development/technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are completely resolved.
Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-friendly approach.
Collect customer feedback and share relevant insights with the internal team.
Prepare and maintain support reports when required.
Continuously learn about product updates, features, and processes.
Required Skills
