QA Automation Engineer – Test IMJob Summary
We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with 6-10 years of experience in software testing and 4+ years of hands-on expertise in Test IM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation frameworks, executing automated test suites, integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts usin g Testim.
Automate Smoke, Sanity, Regression, API, and End-to-End test scenarios.
Build reusable automation components and data-driven test scripts.
Perform UI, API, and database validations.
Debug automation failures and optimize test execution.
Integrate automation with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with Developers,



Business Analysts, and QA teams.
Review automation scripts and mentor junior team members.
Support release validation and improve automation coverage. Required Skills
Testim (Mandatory)
Java Script
Web & API Automation
SQL
Git Azure Dev Ops / Jenkins
Agile Scrum Preferred
Experience in Healthcare or other enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience with Testim CLI and CI/CD integration. Experience
6-10 years of QA experience.
4+ yea rsof Testimautomation experience.
Solid problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
