We’re looking for an experienced Video Editor who can create engaging, high-retention content for YouTube & Instagram Reels.

What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of experience in video editing
• Robust command of Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut
• Expertise in Reels, YouTube videos & short-form content
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling & retention
• Ability to create engaging motion graphics, text animations & transitions
• Good sense of music, SFX, timing & visual storytelling
• Ability to edit talking-head, educational & social media content
• Understanding of current Instagram & YouTube trends
• Strong attention to detail and visual creativity
• Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines
• Bonus: Experience working with personal brands, creators or ed-tech/education content
