We are looking for a SmartCOMM SME with 5 to 7 years of experience in SmartCOMM or Customer Communication Management CCM platforms
Mandatory Requirements
SmartCOMM Thunderhead CCM experience
Strong SQL skills required for developing SQL reports for Credit Studio and supporting SmartCOMM
Template development
ATD and Data Model
Layouts Stylesets and Template Selectors
XML JSON and Data Mapping
Batch and On Demand document generation
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customer communication templates
Configure layouts data models and reusable components
Develop and support SQL reports for Credit Studio
Support document generation and communication solutions
Work with business and technical teams to deliver customer communication requirements
Preferred
Banking Financial Services or Insurance domain experience
Exstream experience
Production support exposure
REST API knowledge
