The Role
We are looking for a Content Lead who understands how content works across digital platforms - from a brand’s website and blogs to Instagram and search engines. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable with content strategy and execution, and should know how to create content that is relevant to the audience while also serving the brand’s business objectives.

A strong understanding of digital platforms, SEO, social media and evolving content trends is essential. A passion for the internet, brands, culture and storytelling is a big plus.

What we're looking for
* 2+ years of experience in digital media, content marketing, social media or a digital agency
* Strong writing and communication skills in English
* Experience in blogging and long-form content
* Experience in website content and landing page copy
* Good knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms
* Ability to understand brand tone of voice and adapt content accordingly




* Robust research skills and ability to turn research into engaging content
* Familiarity with SEO tools, keyword research and content optimisation
* Understanding of Google search behaviour and how content can improve organic visibility
* Strong proofreading and editing skills

Responsibilities
* Plan and maintain content calendars for every client, including social media posts, blogs, website content, articles and other digital assets
* Develop monthly and campaign-based content strategies for clients
* Collaborate with social media teams to develop content ideas, themes and communication
* Work closely with designers, writers, video teams and account managers to take content from idea to execution
* Write and edit blogs, website pages, landing pages, articles, social media captions and other digital content
* Develop SEO strategies and content plans based on relevant keywords, search intent and audience behavi
