Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Digital Marketing Executive role based in Kolkata. The individual will generate and manage leads, present solutions to potential clients, and support the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns,



managing social media and online presence, and optimizing content and ads to improve engagement and conversion. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, providing responsive support, and gathering feedback to improve services. The executive may assist in client training sessions, prepare sales reports and marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Solid Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proven experience in Sales, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B or IT services context.
Competence in Sales Management, including pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting on sales activities and results.
