Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

Contribute to business analysis activities for projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Write transparent user stories/BDD scenarios and maintain refined backlogs.

Agile Practices

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Support Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirement Gathering

Conduct workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Testing Support

Assist in planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing to validate requirements and ensure quality.

Process Improvement

Identify improvement opportunities and suggest enhancements to business processes and workflows.

Documentation





Create and maintain business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, and related artefacts.

Change Management Support

Assist with impact analysis, training materials, and communication related to project changes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience working on projects in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, tools, and best practices
Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)
Good communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exposure to testing activities (UAT, functional testing)
Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile/Scrum) are a plus
