At Skillinabox, we're building India's vernacular skilling ecosystem for Fashion Designing & Make-up Artistry. We're a 110+ member team, growing rapid, and we're looking for an Academic Counsellor who can connect with potential learners, understand their aspirations and help them choose the right learning program.

About the Role

This is a target-driven sales role—so if you enjoy talking to people, solving their doubts and turning conversations into conversions, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Counsel potential learners via calls, virtual demos, and office walk-ins—help them understand the value of our program and guide them toward enrollment.
Own your monthly sales targets and execute strategic plans that contribute to our ambitious goal of reaching ₹100 Cr in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Build strong relationships with learners and actively share feedback with the marketing and product teams to strengthen our offerings and lower customer acquisition costs.
Grow with us—build and lead your own team as we expand into 1200+ districts across India.

Qualifications

0-3 Years of experience in sales/marketing/business development. Freshers with a fire to grow can be accepted.

Required Skills

A highly motivated individual who enjoys building relationships with members and helps drive the adoption of our products and services.
Willing to get your hands dirty and push forward for growth.
Wants to grow at 100x with us.
