What are you expected to do?
1. Workplace & Vendor Management
Manage day-to-day workplace operations and ensure smooth functioning of office facilities.
Maintain an updated repository of workplace vendors and their contact details.
Coordinate with vendors for operational requirements and service delivery.
Track vendor performance, resolve service issues, and escalate concerns when required.
Maintain transparent documentation of ongoing vendor activities and closures.
2. Invoice Management
Manage workplace vendor invoices and ensure timely submission through portal
Obtain and track the required internal approvals before invoice submission.
Coordinate with Finance and relevant stakeholders to ensure invoices are processed within timelines.
Maintain complete and accurate invoice documentation.
3. Travel Operations
Ensure travel bookings are processed through company’s travel
