- Develop and execute comprehensive migration plans for consolidating disparate professional services into a unified delivery model.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor transitions, ensuring zero disruption to ongoing engineering operations.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and documentation hand-offs between legacy providers and the new consolidated service structure.

Operational Pillar 2: PMO & Program Governance
- Establish a standardized Project Management Office (PMO) framework to track consolidation milestones and workstream interdependencies.
- Implement governance cadences, including weekly steering committee updates and monthly business reviews.
- Manage the program roadmap, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with the broader Corporate Engineering strategic objectives.
- Standardize templates, tools, and processes for temp staffing intake and onboarding to ensure consistency across the organization.

KPI Tracking & Insights
- Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track program health, budget utilization, and headcount velocity.
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, and Vendor Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on contingent labor spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and headcount optimization.
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership to inform resource allocation and future staffing strategies.
