Performance Marketing Manager — Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO & AEO

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital growth across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and AEO.

The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on performance marketing expertise with analytical thinking, creative testing, and a explicit understanding of how search and AI-driven discovery are evolving. You will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, leads/revenue, improving acquisition efficiency, and continuously optimizing digital marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and relevant campaign types.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy, budget allocation, and search-term analysis.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue.
- Develop and continuously test ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.




- Monitor Google Ads performance and identify opportunities for scaling.

Meta Ads
- Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns across the full funnel.
- Develop acquisition, retargeting, lead-generation, conversion, and remarketing campaigns.
- Test creatives, formats, audiences, hooks, offers, and messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize towards business KPIs.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts.

SEO
- Develop and execute an SEO strategy focused on organic growth and qualified traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content-gap analysis, and SERP research.
- Drive on-page, technical, and off-page SEO initiatives.
- Work with content and development teams to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
- Monitor rankings, organic visibility, traffic, and conversions using relevant SEO tools.

AEO / AI Search
- Develop strategies to improve brand visibility across
