Role Description
The Baker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Baker will prepare, bake, and finish a variety of bakery products, including buns, pizzas, breads, cookies, and other baked goods that align with Super Morsel’s focus on quality ingredients and better-for-you offerings.



Day-to-day responsibilities include measuring and mixing ingredients, operating baking equipment, monitoring baking times and temperatures, and ensuring consistent product quality and presentation. The Baker will follow standardized recipes, maintain a clean and hygienic workstation, manage inventory of baking supplies, and support food safety and sanitation standards. This role may also involve collaborating with the culinary team on current product development and accommodating customer feedback.

Qualifications
Experience in bakery operations, including handling bakery equipment and maintaining production standards.
Proficiency in baking techniques for items such as bread and cookies, with attention to texture, flavor, and appearance.
Skills in general food preparation, including measuring ingredients, mixing, portioning, and finishing baked products.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene,
