We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. This is a full-time, in office role with a 6-day working structure.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective parents and guardians, understanding their requirements, explaining educational programs, and guiding them through the enrollment journey. The role involves managing inbound and outbound leads, conducting follow-ups, scheduling demos or counseling sessions, and converting qualified prospects into enrollments.
You will work closely with marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation, outreach, and the overall customer onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective parents and guardians to understand their requirements and introduce relevant educational programs.




Follow up consistently with leads through calls, messages, and other communication channels to drive conversions.
Explain course offerings, learning benefits, program structure, and enrollment processes clearly and confidently.
Schedule and conduct product/course demonstrations and counseling sessions for prospective customers.
Build strong relationships with parents and prospects by addressing queries, understanding concerns, and providing appropriate solutions.
Manage leads throughout the sales funnel, from initial interaction to enrollment and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and updated lead information, follow-ups, activities, and conversion status in CRM systems.
Achieve defined sales targets, conversion goals, and revenue objectives on a consistent basis.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, improve lead quality, and ensure smooth customer onboarding.
