Job Description
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
In-depth understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN networking technologies, and troubleshooting techniques.
Hands-on experience in configuring business-class firewalls and VPNs.
In-depth understanding of wireless technologies.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with Remote Desktop and virtualization technologies.
Positive knowledge of networking topologies.
Strong understanding of network protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, SNMP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and VPN.
In-depth knowledge of load balancing, failover, cloud computing, and network security.
Ability to independently troubleshoot desktop and laptop-related issues.
Hands-on experience with network equipment such as routers, switches, modems, access points, bridges, and firewalls.
Ability to monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Ability to work independently.
