This role sits at the intersection of business process transformation and applied AI.



You'll partner with business-unit and functional leaders to understand how work flows and where AI can create real leverage — then own the full arc from process discovery through solution design, build, production deployment, and measurable adoption, working primarily with Claude and Anthropic's product family alongside the broader AI ecosystem.

What you'll do:
Partner with business-unit and functional leaders to understand how work flows, where decisions happen, and where AI can create leverage — through automation, augmentation, or redesign
Design target-state operating models: human-AI handoff points, governance, and success metrics
Build production AI solutions — agents, orchestrations, RAG workflows, integrations — using Claude, Anthropic's model suite, and complementary tools, partnering with engineering teams where off-the-shelf tooling doesn't fit
Take solutions from prototype to production (access management, evaluation, observability,
