Role Description The Transfer Pricing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies,



and compliance reports for a diverse portfolio of clients. The Manager will design and implement transfer pricing policies, advise on intercompany pricing models, and support tax planning, audits, and controversy matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading client engagements, coordinating with cross-functional tax and finance teams, interpreting local and international transfer pricing regulations, and preparing high-quality technical memoranda and presentations. The role also requires supervising and mentoring team members, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables, and contributing to business development initiatives and thought leadership in transfer pricing.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex financial and tax data and perform robust economic and benchmarking analyses.
