Role Description The Executive Director is a full-time,



remote leadership role responsible for guiding the strategic direction, operations, and growth of CICC. In this role, the Executive Director oversees international programs and initiatives, including trade missions, business conferences, and sector-focused events, ensuring alignment with CICC’s goals in economic development and investment promotion. The position involves building and maintaining relationships with member organizations, government bodies, financial partners, and other stakeholders to facilitate international projects and team-oriented opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting organizational priorities, managing budgets and resources, supervising staff and volunteers, and ensuring effective governance and compliance with relevant regulations. The Executive Director also leads membership growth, communications, and visibility efforts, representing CICC in high-level meetings, public forums, and negotiations to expand it
