The Executive –Retail Media Sales & Partnerships will be responsible for generating incremental revenue for The Organic World by monetising the brand's retail media assets, in-store spaces, digital platforms and customer engagement opportunities. The role will focus on building brand partnerships, selling marketing assets, developing retail media solutions, managing local catchment partnerships, and ensuring seamless execution and reporting of all commercial activations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Partnerships & Marketing Revenue
- Identify, approach and onboard relevant organic, wellness, health, nutrition and complementary brands for marketing partnerships.
- Build relationships with brand marketing teams, agencies and potential partners to generate recurring marketing revenue.
- Develop customised partnership opportunities aligned with brand objectives and The Organic World's customer base.
- Secure annual marketing contributions and long-term partnership agreements from key brands.
- Build a robust pipeline of prospective partners and actively track conversion from lead to closure.




- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for marketing income.

2. Retail Media & Space Selling

Actively sell and monetise The Organic World's physical and digital marketing assets, including:
- End-cap and feature displays
- Window and façade branding
- Shelf branding and POS visibility
- Gondola and category displays
- Sampling and product demonstrations
- In-store events and activations
- New product launches
- Lead-generation activities
- Store TV and digital screen placements
- Website and app banners
- CRM and database marketing opportunities
- Magazine and other brand-owned communication platforms

3. Retail Media Package Development
- Develop structured and commercially attractive retail media packages for brands.
- Create standard rate cards, bundled packages and annual partnership solutions.
- Recommend innovative ways to monetise existing and new custom
