We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design, planning,



and execution of complex architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architectural design principles, project leadership, and technical knowledge, ensuring projects meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibility Areas:
Project Planning and Design Management:

Lead the design and planning process for large-scale residential (group housing) and commercial projects, ensuring the projects meet the client’s objectives and vision.
Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to define the project’s scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop detailed project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets, and ensure that design milestones and deadlines are met.
Ensure that design documents are comprehensive, accurate, and in compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
