As we scale rapidly, we are building strong enabling functions to support our journey. One of the most vital pillars in this growth in Direct Tax practice.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant who will work closely with the leadership team. This colleague will ensure quality client delivery in Advisory & Litigation covering Direct Taxation, Corporate Tax and International Tax for the premium clients.

Responsibilities:

Assist in coordination and delivery of multiple projects within tight timeframe and deadline:
o Provide support in Advising clients on complex tax matters.
o Help Senior Manager/Director lead tax engagements. Effectively manage submissions, assessment, and appeal hearings before the CIT(A), Tribunals, High Court, Supreme Court.




o Contribute to Tax risk management and assurance processes under guidance of senior team members and ensure strict adherence to SOPs.
o Assist in Overseeing the resource chargeability.

Managing Client and deliverables through quality results:

o Support senior team members in fee negotiations and discussions on scope for business across clientele.
o Support in gathering and analyzing Business Intelligence related to Direct Tax.
o Build the firm's market visibility and client experience by creating & maintaining strong independent relationships with clients.
o Build & nurture an effective working relationship with Tax authorities, business & functional heads and ensure close involvement of the local & international tax teams and external service providers under guidance of senior team members.

Team Management:
o Ensure compliance of all aspects of direct taxation.
o Facilitate development, training, and mentorship of junior staf
